Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or Bulgarian public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Within Bulgaria

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. A delivery attempt will be made at the address provided. If you are not available, our courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection from a local pickup point.

Delivery to EU Countries

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, which can occasionally add to delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website. If you have not received your tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at sales@reveleskin.eu.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during public holidays, severe weather, or high-volume periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas). We will do our best to notify you of any significant delay affecting your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph it before opening and email us at sales@reveleskin.eu within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

If your tracked package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe location your courier may have left it. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the courier.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
