Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the Lumiere device completely. If you're not satisfied — for any reason — you have 90 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund. No complicated forms. No questions asked.

We built this guarantee because we know the category has burned people before. We want you to have enough time to see real results — and we want you to feel zero risk trying.

How to Return

1. Email us at sales@reveleskin.eu with your order number and "Return Request" in the subject line.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and any instructions.
3. Pack the device securely and ship it back to us. You cover the cost of return shipping.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we process your refund within 5–7 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method.

Condition of Return

We ask that the device is returned in a reasonably clean condition. You do not need the original packaging.

What Cannot Be Refunded

• Activating gel that has been opened and used (for hygiene reasons)
• Original outbound shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Device

If your device arrives damaged, or develops a defect within 2 years of purchase, we will repair it, replace it, or issue a full refund — at no cost to you. This is your statutory right under EU law and we honour it fully.

Please email sales@reveleskin.eu with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.

Wrong or Missing Item

If we sent the wrong item or something is missing from your order, email us at sales@reveleskin.eu within 14 days of delivery. We'll make it right immediately.

Your EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal

As a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery — for any reason, with no explanation required. This is your statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (Закон за защита на потребителите).

To exercise this right, notify us at sales@reveleskin.eu before the 14-day window closes. Our 90-day guarantee goes beyond this statutory right and applies in parallel.
