These Terms of Service govern your use of revelaskin.eu and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
This website is operated by REVELA, registered in Bulgaria under registration number (ЕИК) 153846953, with registered address at Sofia, Suhata reka.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We make every effort to display our products accurately — including images, descriptions, and specifications. However, colours may appear slightly differently on your screen depending on your device. The Lumiere device is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). Prices include VAT where applicable under Bulgarian and EU law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price confirmed at the time your order is placed.
We are not responsible for currency conversion charges applied by your bank or card provider.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a confirmed order, we will issue a full refund promptly.
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.
Delivery terms — including timeframes, costs, and available shipping destinations — are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If you are not present to receive your delivery, it is your responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your order and return your product within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. Your rights under our 90-Day Return Policy extend beyond this statutory minimum. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
The Lumiere microcurrent device is safe for use as directed. You must not use the device if you have a pacemaker, electronic implant, active cancer, epilepsy, or are pregnant. Full contraindications are listed in the product instructions included with your order. We are not liable for any harm resulting from use of the device contrary to the included instructions.
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to REVELA and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our store shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts.
As an EU consumer, you also have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, which provides an alternative to court proceedings for resolving disputes with online traders.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
